Exhaust air purification system

 - as good as new -

Throughput 6.000 m³ / h

Solvent content 30 g / m³

Item number IA 1117

Previously used for exhaust air purification and recovery for ethyl acetate.
Multi-stage refrigeration system with Mol sieve, thermal oil system and control system.

Function description

In the first part of the refrigeration system, the temperature of the dryer air from the drying ducts is cooled from approx. 55°C to 5°C in two stages.
Subsequently, dehumidification takes place in the Mol sieve to prevent the low-temperature heat exchangers from icing up.
In the second part of the refrigeration system, the dried air is then cooled in several stages to -50°C and then heated again to plus temperatures in the heat exchange process.
The solvent is condensed out and stored in a container for further use.
